Tenant Admin

The Admin area is where workspace owners and admins configure the tenant.

Members

  • Add / invite members, set their role, department, title, and optional access expiry.
  • Mark a member as department head, grant extra permissions, or assign oversight of other departments.
  • Reset passwords, disable (reversible), or permanently remove members (audited).

Roles & permission rules

  • Create custom roles with a specific permission bundle and rank.
  • Add permission rules (ALLOW/DENY) targeting a user, role, or department — down to a resource or category.

Branding

  • Set your workspace name, logo, and light/dark accent colors. The whole app themes to match.

Modules

  • Toggle optional modules (Tools, AI Assist, Reports, Sandbox) on or off for the tenant.

Integrations & storage

  • Configure storage (including S3-style buckets), Microsoft 365 mail, and the SharePoint / OneDrive connector under Admin → Integrations. Once SharePoint is connected, you can browse and link M365 files directly from Documents.

Other

  • Notices broadcast announcements; AI settings govern assistance and per-tenant usage. To digitize existing procedures, use AI Studio (it parses Word/PDF uploads); the legacy SOP import page also accepts markdown paste.
