Platform Administration

Platform admins operate the service across all tenants from a dedicated portal (separate from any single workspace).

What you can do

• Create and manage tenants: status, plan, members, and settings.
• Plans & billing: define what each plan includes and gate modules accordingly.
• Storage: provision storage buckets (local or S3-style) and assign them to tenants.
• Impersonation: sign in as a specific user within a tenant to reproduce issues and provide support. Impersonation is clearly banner-flagged and fully audited.

Safety

Platform actions are recorded in the audit trail. Impersonation never bypasses the record of what was done on a user's behalf.
