RentQue in PilotBPM

RentQue is part of PilotBPM — a module that gives any housing provider a structured way to manage waitlists: ranked applicants, applications, offers, recertifications, and review workflows — inside the same workspace as SOPs, blueprints, forms, and tickets. There is no iframe and no second login for staff.

Who it's for

RentQue is built for waitlist-based housing programs, not a single housing type:

  • Property managers and housing authorities running ranked waitlists for units or sites.
  • Affordable housing programs — LIHTC, voucher, and income-restricted waitlists (a very common use case).
  • Staff / employee housing — where employee priority, tenure, or other ranking rules determine when someone is offered a unit.
  • Universities, employers, and institutions with limited housing inventory and a need for fair, auditable ordering.

If your organization assigns housing through a waitlist with rules and stages, RentQue fits — regardless of whether the program is "affordable" in the regulatory sense.

Enable the module

  1. Admin → Modules — turn on RentQue.
  2. Optional: set workspaceType to property_management_company in tenant settings for PM-focused home shortcuts.
  3. Grant rentque.* permissions via roles (Admin → Members).
