Forms & public intake

Dual form model

Each waitlist intake uses:

1. A RentQue form definition (fields, layout, public slug).
2. A linked PilotBPM Form (formId) for the shared forms engine and submission storage.

Staff edit fields in Forms → Builder or sync from RentQue form management.

Public apply

/rentque/apply/[slug] serves branded apply pages (tenant logo/colors from Admin → Branding). Submissions create dataset records and applications when configured.

Submission trail

On Forms → [form] → Submissions, staff see a banner when intake created a RentQue application, with a link to the application profile.
