Sandbox (My Workspace)

The Sandbox is your private space to draft personal checklists, workflows, trackers, and templates before they become official.

How it works

  • Create an item and add steps. It's visible only to you.
  • Launch as a project — turn a personal checklist into a real, tracked Project. Each step becomes a task assigned to you, so you can run it for real.
  • Quick-launch a company workflow — managers can start any published blueprint directly from the Sandbox; tasks auto-route to the right people.
  • Submit for review — propose a polished item as a company blueprint. A manager reviews before it's adopted.

  • Use the Sandbox to experiment safely, then promote the best ideas upward — turning individual know-how into standardized company process.
