Rooms

Rooms are tenant-scoped operating hubs — a context layer on top of shared PilotBPM systems (tasks, tickets, documents, changelog). Use them for distribution hub launches, client onboardings, or any long-running initiative that needs its own labels, health signals, and closeout checklist.

How it works

• Create a Room from a Room Blueprint or use AI-assisted setup to recommend modules and labels.
• Each room has optional modules: entities, tasks, requests, communications, receivables, agreements, documents, reports, settings, and closeout.
• Health is computed from blockers, overdue work, receivable exceptions, failed imports, and incomplete closeout items.
• Lifecycle progresses from Draft → Launch → Stabilization → Operations → Closed → Archived.
• Room-scoped requests are regular tickets with roomId — never a separate ticket engine.
