Communities & waitlists

Communities

A community (RentQue property) represents a housing program or site. Each community links to a PilotBPM LOCATION department so permissions, tickets, and department home pages stay aligned.

RentQue → Communities — sync from departments or link manually. Department pages show a RentQue community pane when linked.

Waitlists

Each community can have multiple waitlists (e.g. 1-bedroom, voucher, senior preference, staff employee pool). Staff:

• Open or close intake (including scheduled open/close).
• Configure priority rules — lottery, preferences, date order, or employee rank/tenure for staff housing programs — and linked datasets.
• Attach intake forms (synced to PilotBPM Forms).

Applicants apply via public URLs when the waitlist is open.
