Home is your role-aware dashboard — the first screen after signing in. It surfaces what needs your attention: tasks assigned to you, runs you're watching, open tickets, recent activity, and quick stats.

How it works

• Cards adapt to your role. Employees see their work; managers and heads see team-level rollups.
• Stat cards summarize throughput (active runs, open tickets, pending approvals).
• Use the top bar to switch tenants, open the command palette (search anywhere), toggle theme, and access your profile.

Tips

• The command palette is the fastest way to jump anywhere — open it from the top bar.
• Notifications (the bell) collect mentions, assignments, and workflow events.
