Application lifecycle

Applications move through statuses and workflow stages (Form submitted → Staff review → PM review → Offered → Accepted, etc.). Stage changes can:

• Create tasks on assignees' home pages.
• Launch blueprint runs when stages map to templates.
• Send email (templates in Admin; mappings in RentQue settings).

Application profile

Staff open RentQue → Applications for the full profile: applicant data, reviews, offers, certifications, workflow, and Process tasks linked to blueprint runs.

Offers & hot sheet

Offers assigns units from the hot sheet, tracks PM contact, and handles accept/decline/expired flows. Declined or expired offers can create tickets for leasing follow-up.

PM portal

Property managers with scoped access use RentQue → PM portal for applications and open RentQue-related tickets on their communities only.
