Docs Analytics

Analytics

Analytics gives leaders insight into how the workspace is actually used — what employees ask, where AI tokens go, and how fast work flows. It's gated by the analytics.view permission, so you can grant it to a specific person or department (e.g. ops or a department head) without exposing it to everyone.

What's tracked

  • Assistant — questions asked, how often, how many were answered, the mix of cached vs. AI vs. operational answers, and the most common (and unanswered) questions. Great for spotting documentation gaps.
  • AI usage — tokens and estimated cost over time, broken down by feature, model, and user — full transparency on where AI spend goes.
  • Operations — ticket resolution speed (by person/department), active vs. completed vs. blocked runs, and throughput trends.

How to use it

  1. Open Analytics from the sidebar (visible only to those with analytics.view).
  2. Choose a date range (7 / 30 / 90 days).
  3. Switch between Overview, Assistant & AI, and Operations tabs.
  4. Admins can manage who has access on the Access tab.

Why it matters

The questions people ask are a direct signal of where your SOPs are unclear or missing. Pair Analytics with AI Studio to close those gaps quickly.
