What is PilotBPM?
PilotBPM is a multi-tenant company operating system for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected tools. It unifies your documented processes, the live work that follows them, the people who do that work, and a complete audit trail — in one workspace.
The core idea: Blueprints → Runs
Everything in PilotBPM revolves around two concepts:
- Process Blueprint — a reusable definition of how a process should run: its stages, tasks, who's responsible, what proof is required, related SOPs, and any follow-on automations. Think of it as the recipe.
- Process Run (a "Project") — a live instance launched from a blueprint, a form submission, a ticket, or by hand. It tracks assigned tasks, evidence, approvals, deadlines, comments, and history. Think of it as the meal being cooked.
This separation means you design a process once and run it consistently every time — while still capturing exactly what happened on each run.

Multi-tenant by design
Every business runs in its own tenant (workspace) with isolated data, its own members, branding, and enabled modules. Platform administrators manage tenants from a separate portal.
